Advanced Forms A form that saves data to the Pegboard Database.

Overview

• This module allows you to create custom made forms which will collect and store information that can be analysed at later stage.
• This information can also be emailed to both the web user and administrator using an email template.
• This module is most commonly used to setup a survey, questionnaire and/or basic order form.  

Features

• Store information collected from the form into a collection
• Export the stored information into excel
• Send email to the web user and web administrator
• Link the drop fields to existing collections such as Products
• Display an advanced email form(s) anywhere on the Web site
• Customise the emails sent by the form, using a template
• Display a confirmation message that the form has been filled out an email has been sent.
• Specify the email address(s)for the form to send emails to.
• Add text box fields, tick boxes,drop down fields, password fields and text areas to each form
• Specify the height and length of each field
• Validate entries in each field
• Preload data into fields
• Specify whether the fields are required
• Assign help text to each field on the form
• Activate or de-activate forms
• Make the forms visible or invisible
• Schedule when forms are available
• Assign security access to forms
